Ich beschreibe im Folgenden, wie ihr an einem alten Gürtel Maß nehmt (unabhängig davon, wie gut er wirklich passt).
Wir ermitteln das korrekte "Gürtelmaß":
Legt euren alten Gürtel um und merkt euch das Dornloch, welches aktuell am besten passt.
Anschließend legt ihr den Gürtel der Länge nach hin, möglichst gerade und ohne Kurve ausgerichtet.
Vorne an der Schließe (also inklusive Schließe messen, ganz wichtig!) legt ihr Zollstock oder Maßband auf "0" an und messt bis zu besagtem Dornloch.
Diese Länge entspricht eurem Gürtelmaß, um alles weitere kümmern wir uns.
Wir fertigen euren neuen Gürtel in der für euch optimalen Länge!
Zusätzliche Hinweise, ob der alte Gürtel besonders dünn, dick, elastisch oder verzogen ist, können nicht schaden; genauso wie zum Abgleich gerne auch eure übliche Jeansweite.
Zum Verständnis: Der gezeigte Gürtel ist auf ein 90er Gürtelmaß gefertigt.

Grab your old Belt, it doesn't matter whether it fits perfect or not - it just has to fit somehow.
Notice the Prong-Hole which is actual the best fitting one.
Lay the Belt flat and as straight as possible.
Now get your Measuring Tape and place "0" at the very Front of the Belt-Buckle (as it is important to measure the Buckle included!). In the Following you just have to check the "XX cm" at the Hight of the best fitting Prong-Hole.
Now you've got your "Belt-Measurement", from now on it's our Turn.
We will craft your new Belt to a perfect Fit.
We do appreciate any further Information regarding the old Belt; if it is very thin and stretchy or already made of thicker Leather. Your Waist-Size on a good fitting Jeans is an noticeable Number to check back, too!
